Social mediator for minors. Lucena, Cordova
Job Description
To continue to meet our integration objectives for the most vulnerable groups, We need to recruit a social mediator to work in one of our Guidance and Socio-Labor Insertion Centers in the municipality of Lucena, Córdoba. We are looking for professionals with at least 2 years of demonstrable experience in socio-educational intermediation with adolescents from the protection system or 300 hours of complementary training in the psychosocial, labor and/or socio-educational field, with immediate availability to start and work in rotating shifts. It is essential to have knowledge of Arabic at a native level or accredited C1.
Features
- Interpret and translate interventions between users of centers and programs and the socio-educational team.
- Facilitate and ensure coexistence and a good climate in the center.
- Support work of the educational team in communications with young people.
- Comprehensive care for children: physical, emotional and educational, both in the center and in external activities.
- Personalized tutoring and individual monitoring of each child's educational project.
- Support in the integration process and registration of behaviors, with reports and constant monitoring.
- Promoting active participation of children in their educational process, fostering trust and communication.
- Preparation for leaving the resource, adapting the process to each situation (coming of age, foster care, family return, etc.).
Competencies
- Arabic and/or French and/or Wolof and/or Bambara native level.
- You must have proven experience of at least two years in your field of activity or completed training in the psychosocial, labour and/or socio-educational field of at least 300 hours in duration.
- Level B1 of Spanish.
- Training compatible with the job: University education with a diploma, bachelor's degree or degree in the social field.
- Accreditation of the requirement of not having been convicted by a final judgment for any crime against sexual freedom and indemnity.
- Driving license and own vehicle.
- Ability to organize, manage and work in a team.
What we offer
- Permanent contract.
- Salary according to the IV State Collective Agreement for Youth Reform and Protection of Minors. (21,469.38€ gross per year).
- Full-time workday of 38.5 hours per week.
- Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.

It is offered
- Long-term contract linked to a leave of absence of 35 hours/weekly
- Hours: from dilluns to dichous, mostly late (maximum weekends at 11:30 p.m.) and one morning. Divendres i caps de setmana rotatius.
- Salary: €2,300 – €2,400 gross monthly
