Functions of the Educational Technical Assistant
- Preparation and development of face-to-face and online group sessions of:
- Extracurricular tutoring: resource search, session preparation, delivery and evaluation.
- Strengthening transversal skills with students: study techniques, autonomy, etc.
- Coordination with education team, volunteers and external agents.
- Participation in working groups of the Program on which it depends.
- Timely attention to families.
- Participation in events linked to the development of the program.
- Information Management:
- Management of tools and instruments for monitoring the development of actions.
- Incorporation of data into the Education Database.
- Participation in the preparation of reports, memoirs and other documents.
Profile
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in studies related to education.
- Extensive knowledge of the educational system: training itineraries and existing resources.
- Previous experience working in the socio-educational field with minors. Experience working with populations at risk of exclusion will be valued.
