Schedule:
20 Hours Weekly. Rotating hours every 3 weeks:

* Week 2: from dilluns to divendres from 3:45 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. or from 4:00 p.m. to 10:15 p.m.
* Week 3: daytime from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. or from 7:45 a.m. to 10:15 p.m.
Salary of €13,687.83 gross per year. (per day at partial times of 20 hours)

Social educator in Madrid
Job Description
The Educator of the Espacio Joven Center has the mission of accompanying and guiding children in their educational and personal development process, promoting their well-being and encouraging the active participation of their families. Within the framework of the educational project of the center (PEC) and the principles of the entity, the educator will play a key role in the planning, execution and evaluation of educational and social activities, contributing to the comprehensive development of minors.
Main functions
- Planning and execution of educational activities: Design, organize and direct daily activities adapted to the needs and characteristics of the group of children in their care, promoting their personal, social and emotional development.
- Individualized support and monitoring: Continuously monitor the children in your care, assessing their needs and adjusting educational interventions based on their progress.
- Networking with social agents: collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers, psychologists and other educators, to ensure a comprehensive approach in working with families and ensuring the well-being of children.
- Support for volunteers and interns: Provide support and guidance to volunteers and interns, ensuring that their tasks are aligned with the educational objectives of the center.
- Assessment and monitoring of children: Use pedagogical tools to assess children's progress and development, and produce appropriate reports to adjust interventions and improve outcomes.
- Collaboration with families: Maintain fluid communication with families, involving them in their children's educational process and offering support when necessary.
- Support in the management of the center: Contribute to the overall smooth running of the educational project by supporting the efficient organisation and use of available human and material resources.

- Additional training: Leisure monitor qualification.
- Computer skills: Basic handling of Office package.
- Languages: Intermediate level of English.
Working conditions
- Working day: 38.5 hours per week.
- Schedule: lMonday to Thursday from 12:00h to 20:00h and Friday of 15:30h to 20:00h, with flexibility during non-school periods (urban camps).

Temporary Social Educator - Rotating shifts (Marcilla, Navarra)
In GINSO Association (Association for the Management of Social Integration), we have focused our main objective on the social integration of minors and young people in social conflict and groups at risk of exclusion since 2001.
We are currently looking for SOCIAL EDUCATORS for the MORNING, AFTERNOON, WEEKENDS AND NIGHT shifts (rotating shifts), to start with us initially with a TEMPORARY CONTRACT (Long term), with real possibilities of continuity, working in one of our Juvenile Centers located in MARCILLA, NAVARRA.
