En la Región de Murcia, la actividad profesional de la mediación se articula a través del Instituto de Mediación de la Región de Murcia (IMRM), organismo que gestiona el Mediator Registry encargado de canalizar las solicitudes de intervención profesional en los ámbitos civil y mercantil. Para poder ejercer como mediador/a en los procedimientos gestionados por el IMRM, es imprescindible estar inscrito en dicho Registro.
El Registro está integrado por todas las personas profesionales que lo soliciten y cumplan los requisitos establecidos en la Norma de Régimen Interior de Funcionamiento del Instituto. Consta de una Lista General de Mediadores civiles y mercantiles and of Listas de Mediadores especializados, a las que cada profesional puede adscribirse voluntariamente según sus áreas de especialización.
Aunque el IMRM gestiona su propio Registro interno para la asignación de casos, la Comunidad Autónoma de la Región de Murcia no dispone de un Registro oficial propio. Por ello, la inscripción formal como mediador/a se realiza a través del Registro de Mediadores e Instituciones de Mediación del Ministerio de Justicia de España, que constituye el registro estatal de referencia.

Application
Registration requests
The Region of Murcia does not have its own Registry of Mediators. It is governed by Registry of Mediators and Mediation Institutions of the Ministry of Justice of Spain. To carry out the procedure, you must access:

Required documentation
You will be required, on your first stay, to have a digital certificate to access the procedure. It will also be necessary that stop civil liability insurance. Once you have logged in, the form will ask you:

Procedure to follow in registration
