It is governed by the\u00a0<strong>Registry of Mediators and Mediation Institutions of the Ministry of Justice of Spain.<\/strong>\u00a0To carry out the procedure, you must access:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"enlace\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mjusticia.gob.es\/es\/ciudadanos\/tramites\/registro-mediadores\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Registry of Mediators and Mediation Institutions of the Ministry of Justice<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-contrast-color has-text-color\">Required documentation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The documentation required for registration in the Registry of Family Mediators of the Valencian Community is the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Address where the mediation will be carried out<\/strong>, either&nbsp;<strong>responsible declaration<\/strong>, indicating that only registration in the registry is requested, with no plans to exercise family mediation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optionally,&nbsp;<strong>responsible declaration<\/strong>&nbsp;accepting the&nbsp;<strong>referral of free Family Mediation cases&nbsp;<\/strong>by the Family Mediation Center of the Valencian Community.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>DNI\/CIF, passport or foreign identity card<\/strong>&nbsp;issued by the police station or immigration office, if applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accreditation of qualification and training requirements<\/strong>: university degree and specific training in Family Mediation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If there is a membership obligation:<\/strong>&nbsp;document issued by the professional association indicating that there is no impediment to registration in the registry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If there is no registration obligation:<\/strong>&nbsp;responsible declaration indicating that there is no impediment to registration in the registry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-contrast-color has-text-color\">Procedure to follow in registration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You must complete the registration application present in the previous section. You can present it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"enlace\"><strong>Telematically:&nbsp;<\/strong>Through the<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gva.es\/es\/inicio\/procedimientos?id_proc=3257&amp;version=amp\" class=\"rank-math-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> Valencia Community website<\/a>.<\/strong> You must follow the following steps: <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the top icon \u201cProcess with certificate\u201d (to do this you must have&nbsp;<strong>electronic certificate<\/strong>&nbsp;recognized by the ACCV or electronic DNI).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete the general data form: the \u201cTerritorial Service\u201d field is mandatory, and you will have to choose between (Central Services, Alicante, Castell\u00f3n and Valencia); The \u201cSubject\u201d field is optional, and it indicates the topic of the request; and the \u201cExhibition\u201d field, also optional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then, select the instance and click \u201cSubmit\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To Document the processing, from the \u201cOther documents\u201d section, you can also attach the required documents. In the \u201cPay\u201d section you will not have to carry out any action, since it is free.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The last step will be to click on: \u201cStart the request\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>In person:&nbsp;<\/strong>You can submit the application:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>In the records of administrative bodies<\/strong>&nbsp;to whom they address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the records of any administrative body, which belongs to the&nbsp;<strong>General State Administration<\/strong>, to that of any&nbsp;<strong>Administration of the Autonomous Communities<\/strong>, to that of any Administration of the&nbsp;<strong>Provincial Councils, Town Councils and Island Councils<\/strong>, to the&nbsp;<strong>Municipal Councils<\/strong>&nbsp;referred to in article 121 of Law 7\/1985, of April 2, regulating the Bases of the Local Regime, or that of the rest of the entities that make up the&nbsp;<strong>Local Management<\/strong>&nbsp;if, in the latter case, the appropriate agreement had been signed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>At the Post Office<\/strong>, in the manner established by regulation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the r<strong>diplomatic representations or consular offices<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>from Spain<\/strong>&nbsp;abroad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>In any other<\/strong>&nbsp;that establish the current provisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Registry of mediators of the Valencian Community In this section we will provide you with all the information you need to register in the Valencian Community Mediators Registry.
