Likewise, you will be able to consult the training you need to meet requirements and that our School makes available to you.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-7832b1b1\"><div class=\"gb-inside-container\">\n<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-7e4cb767\"><div class=\"gb-inside-container\">\n\n<h2 class=\"alturaLineaProg has-contrast-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\" id=\"plan-de-estudios\" style=\"font-size:2em;letter-spacing:-3px\"><strong>Training <span style=\"background-image: linear-gradient(61deg,#ffffff,#a92a3d);background-repeat: no-repeat;background-position: 0px bottom;background-size: 100% 7px;border-radius: 17px;\">Academic<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have a university degree.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It will be necessary to be&nbsp;<strong>member of your professional association<\/strong>; either&nbsp;<strong>belong to a professional association<\/strong>&nbsp;from the field of duly accredited mediation; or be&nbsp;<strong>mediator for the Administration.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-f7608c2a\"><div class=\"gb-inside-container\">\n\n<h2 class=\"alturaLineaProg has-contrast-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\" id=\"plan-de-estudios\" style=\"font-size:2em;letter-spacing:-3px\"><strong>Training <span style=\"background-image: linear-gradient(61deg,#ffffff,#a92a3d);background-repeat: no-repeat;background-position: 0px bottom;background-size: 100% 7px;border-radius: 17px;\">specific<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Specific training in mediation given by university teaching centers, professional associations or other public law corporations must be accredited. In this training it will be necessary to take a general part and, at least, one of the different specializations of the profession.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The general training, previously referenced, must have a minimum duration of&nbsp;<strong>110 teaching hours<\/strong>, including 30 hours of internship.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Specific training in the family sphere and other areas of private law will have a minimum duration of&nbsp;<strong>60 teaching hours<\/strong>, including 30 hours of integrated internship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"enlace\">Our&nbsp;<strong><span style=\"color:#952337\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/eimediacion.edu.es\/eng\/curso\/curs-universitari-mediacio\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">University Specialty Courses in Civil, Commercial and Family Media<\/a> It will serve you for that purpose.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-4357cb04\"><div class=\"gb-inside-container\">\n\n<h2 class=\"alturaLineaProg has-contrast-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\" id=\"plan-de-estudios\" style=\"font-size:2em;letter-spacing:-3px\"><strong>Training <span style=\"background-image: linear-gradient(61deg,#ffffff,#a92a3d);background-repeat: no-repeat;background-position: 0px bottom;background-size: 100% 7px;border-radius: 17px;\">keep going<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must certify 40 hours of training every 2 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"enlace\">The International Mediation School also has continuous training. Access by clicking&nbsp;<strong><span style=\"color:#952337\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/eimediacion.edu.es\/eng\/programas\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">here.<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-487a92ba\"><div class=\"gb-inside-container\">\n\n<h2 class=\"alturaLineaProg has-contrast-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\" id=\"plan-de-estudios\" style=\"font-size:2em;letter-spacing:-3px\"><strong>Application<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-contrast-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Registration application<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To register in the Registry of Family Mediators of Catalonia you can do so through one of these procedures:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>If you belong to a professional association:&nbsp;<\/strong>you must&nbsp;<strong>register in your school registry,<\/strong>&nbsp;that will resolve the declaration of training and transfer the registrations in the Registry of the corresponding area of the<strong>&nbsp;Private Law Mediation Center of Catalonia<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"enlace\"><strong>If you are a member of an accredited professional association<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>or provide Mediation services for the Public Administration:&nbsp;<\/strong>You can ask the Private Law Mediation Center of Catalonia for the&nbsp;<strong>direct registration<\/strong>&nbsp;in the Registry of the corresponding field and the Center will decide on the declaration of training.<a class=\"rank-math-link\" href=\"http:\/\/justicia.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/home\/ambits\/mediacio_dret_privat\/espaiprofessionals\/solicitud-inscripcion-censo-mediacion.pdf\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">&nbsp;<strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#952337\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Here you will find the application that you must complete to request direct registration.<\/mark><\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If you do not have approved training:&nbsp;<\/strong>the&nbsp;<strong>ORDER JUS \/ 245\/2014, of July 28,<\/strong>&nbsp;establishes the requirements and conditions necessary to register in the general registries of the Private Law Mediation Center of Catalonia. These requirements are based on the&nbsp;<strong>accreditation of experience in both training and practical mediation.&nbsp;<\/strong>It must also have&nbsp;<strong>official university degree<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>belong to a professional association<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-contrast-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Required documentation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If after completing the training, you belong to a professional Mediation association, you must present the following documentation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>DNI, passport or identity document.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Document that certifies official university training.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Documentation accrediting mediation training<\/strong>&nbsp;approved by the&nbsp;<strong>Private Media Center of Catalonia<\/strong>, in the area of: family; civil; companies; successions; horizontal property; community; organizations; or agrarian.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificate or certified copy of the&nbsp;<strong>civil liability policy<\/strong>&nbsp;for the exercise of mediation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-contrast-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Procedure to follow in registration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"enlace\">The&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSdSgfKyB70tdyA18vPEQj_QZwNZ6O9vZ2L7StLI34kfm1JRPQ\/viewform?c=0&amp;w=1(abre en una nueva pesta\u00f1a)\" class=\"rank-math-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color:#952337\" class=\"has-inline-color\">application &nbsp;<\/span><\/a><\/strong>must be presented at the&nbsp;<strong><span style=\"color:#952337\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/eduso.net\/res\/revista\/2\/entidades\/la-asociacion-para-la-promocion-de-servicios-a-la-mediacion\" class=\"rank-math-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Association of Mediation Professionals in Catalonia.<\/a><\/span><\/strong> Also, as established in article 38.4 of Law 30\/1992, of November 26, requests, writings and communications that citizens address to public administration bodies may be submitted to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>In the records of administrative bodies<\/strong>&nbsp;to whom they address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the records of any administrative body, which belongs to the&nbsp;<strong>General State Administration<\/strong>, to that of any&nbsp;<strong>Community Administration&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Autonomous<\/strong>, to that of any Administration of the D<strong>Provincial representations, Councils and&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Island Councils<\/strong>, to the&nbsp;<strong>Municipal Councils<\/strong>&nbsp;referred to in article 121 of Law 7\/1985, of April 2, regulating the Bases of the Local Regime, or that of the rest of the entities that make up the&nbsp;<strong>Local Management<\/strong>&nbsp;if, in the latter case, the appropriate agreement had been signed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>At the Post Office<\/strong>, in the manner established by regulation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the r<strong>diplomatic representations or consular offices<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>from Spain<\/strong>&nbsp;abroad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>In any other<\/strong>&nbsp;that establish the current provisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Registration of mediators in Catalonia In this section we will provide you with all the information you need to register as a mediation professional in this Autonomous Community.
