It is governed by&nbsp;<strong>Registry of Mediators and Mediation Institutions of the Ministry of Justice of Spain.<\/strong>&nbsp;To carry out the procedure, you must access:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"enlace\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mjusticia.gob.es\/es\/ciudadanos\/tramites\/registro-mediadores\" class=\"rank-math-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color:#952337\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Registry of Mediators and Mediation Institutions of the Ministry of Justice<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To complete the application you will need to have a&nbsp;<strong>digital certificate.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-contrast-color has-text-color\">Required documentation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be required, on your first stay, to have a&nbsp;<strong>digital certificate<\/strong>&nbsp;to access the procedure. It will also be necessary to have civil liability insurance. Once you have logged in, the form will ask you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Personal information:<\/strong>&nbsp;such as address, province or mobile phone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Professional data:<\/strong>&nbsp;among which you will have to specify the area of work, specialty and professional experience as well as whether or not it is registered in other registries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Degree data:<\/strong>&nbsp;In this case, you will only need to accept a box that indicates:&nbsp;<em>\u00abConsent for automatic verification of qualifications\u00bb.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-contrast-color has-text-color\">Procedure to follow in registration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The procedure to follow consists of two steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"enlace\">Access the application:&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mjusticia.gob.es\/es\/ciudadanos\/tramites\/registro-mediadores\" class=\"rank-math-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color:#952337\" class=\"has-inline-color\">&#039;Registration of mediator, natural person (first section of the registry)&#039;<\/span><\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong>of the Registry of Mediators and Mediation Institutions of the Ministry of Justice, having a&nbsp;<strong>digital certificate.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete the document with the requested data (you can see what they are in the &#039;Required Documentation&#039;). You will click on a button that will indicate&nbsp;<strong>continue<\/strong>, a summary will be shown with all the data, and when you click again on&nbsp;<strong>continue,<\/strong>&nbsp;You will have already sent your request to enter the Registry.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-ac7f36f9\"><div class=\"gb-inside-container\">\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading alturaLineaProg has-contrast-color has-text-color\" id=\"plan-de-estudios\" style=\"font-size:2em;letter-spacing:-3px\"><strong>Public Registry of Entrepreneurship Mediators of Aragon<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-9e1a6562 gb-headline-text\">Addressed to:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Natural or legal persons specialized in self-employment<\/strong> and support for entrepreneurial people, registered in an economic activity that qualifies them in one of the specialties of entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-b07f19c6 gb-headline-text\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be carrying out a <strong>professional activity<\/strong> that qualifies you in some of the specialties of entrepreneurship, such as <strong>those relating to the exercise of Law, Economy and Finance, Public Management and Administration<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be in possession of a <strong>official university degree or bachelor&#039;s degree<\/strong>, in areas of knowledge about entrepreneurship, particularly in the areas of Business, Law, Economics and Finance, Public Management and Administration, or an official professional training degree in the Higher Level Training Cycle in Administration and Finance, among others. Exceptionally, those people who, not meeting the requirement of this article of having an official qualification, nevertheless, may be accredited as entrepreneurship mediators. <strong>prove a business career with a minimum of ten years of experience<\/strong> in the last twenty in the field of entrepreneurship, in at least twenty different entrepreneurial projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dispose of <strong>accredited experience in entrepreneurship<\/strong> for a total of at least five years during the last ten, implemented in at least ten different entrepreneurial projects. In all cases, the experience will be exercised as professionals in advisory, direction, management or creation of entrepreneurial projects, on their own or on behalf of others, in the areas where mediation may be appropriate for the entrepreneur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To have <strong>completed specific training in entrepreneurship mediation<\/strong>, of at least 100 hours of teaching whose content must include, at least, what is related to the legal framework of the venture; the administrative processes and procedures for business creation; the economic, technical and financial matters inherent to the development of a business project; as well as the psychological aspects, ethics of mediation, processes and communication and negotiation techniques.
