Likewise, you will be able to consult the training you need to meet requirements and that our School makes available to you.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-34d03c30\"><div class=\"gb-inside-container\">\n<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-03d25fad\"><div class=\"gb-inside-container\">\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading alturaLineaProg has-contrast-color has-text-color\" id=\"plan-de-estudios\" style=\"font-size:2em;letter-spacing:-3px\"><strong>Formation of <span style=\"background-image: linear-gradient(61deg,#ffffff,#a92a3d);background-repeat: no-repeat;background-position: 0px bottom;background-size: 100% 7px;border-radius: 17px;\">academic<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have an official university degree or higher-level training cycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-23db8152\"><div class=\"gb-inside-container\">\n<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-76c8b6b1\"><div class=\"gb-inside-container\">\n\n<h2 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-4adaf73c gb-headline-text alturaLineaProg\"><strong>Regulations<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First of all, at the national level you will find the following regulations:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2012-9112\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Law 5\/2012, of July 6, on mediation in civil and commercial matters.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2013-13647\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Royal Decree 980\/2013, of December 13, which develops certain aspects of Law 5\/2012, of July 6, on mediation in civil and commercial matters.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/diario_boe\/txt.php?id=BOE-A-2025-76\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Organic Law 1\/2025, on measures regarding the efficiency of the Public Justice Service<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-fbefadcb\"><div class=\"gb-inside-container\">\n<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-6fae2c81\"><div class=\"gb-inside-container\">\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading alturaLineaProg has-contrast-color has-text-color\" id=\"plan-de-estudios\" style=\"font-size:2em;letter-spacing:-3px\"><strong>Training  <span style=\"background-image: linear-gradient(61deg,#ffffff,#a92a3d);background-repeat: no-repeat;background-position: 0px bottom;background-size: 100% 7px;border-radius: 17px;\">specific<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"enlace\">Training is required&nbsp;<strong>100 hours<\/strong>&nbsp;in mediation, of which, the&nbsp;<strong>35%<\/strong>&nbsp;They must be practical training. It will also be necessary to have civil liability insurance. Once you have logged in, the form will ask you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Personal information:<\/strong>&nbsp;such as address, province or mobile phone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><strong><strong>Professional data:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/strong>Among which you will have to specify the area of work, specialty and professional experience as well as whether or not it is registered in other registries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><strong><strong><strong>Degree data:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>In this case, you will only need to accept a box that indicates:&nbsp;<em>\u00abConsent for automatic verification of qualifications\u00bb.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-3b17d560 gb-headline-text\">Procedure to follow in registration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The procedure to follow consists of two steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access the application:&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mjusticia.gob.es\/es\/ciudadanos\/tramites\/registro-mediadores\" class=\"rank-math-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color:#952337\" class=\"has-inline-color\">&#039;Registration of mediator, natural person (first section of the registry)&#039;<\/span><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/mjusticia.gob.es\/es\/ciudadanos\/registros\/mediadores-instituciones(abre en una nueva pesta\u00f1a)\" class=\"rank-math-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color:#952337\" class=\"has-inline-color\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/a><\/strong>of the Registry of Mediators and Mediation Institutions of the Ministry of Justice, having a&nbsp;<strong>digital certificate<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete the document with the requested data (you can see what they are in the &#039;Required Documentation&#039; section).
