<\/p>\nOn August 27, our webinar took place: "Mediation: a good alternative for minor offenders" More than 80 attendees attended the presentation given by the Dean Prosecutor of the Juvenile Section of the Malaga Prosecutor's Office, Isabel Fern\u00e1ndez Olmo , and presented and directed by Susana P\u00e9rez, Director of the International School of Mediation and Gabriela Al\u00e9s, Director of the Master in Mediation.<\/p>\n
In this webinar, the Juvenile Prosecutor told us how mediation is a more than convenient tool, not only for resolving minor conflicts, but also contributes to their subsequent learning and reintegration. With a very high success rate, an 80% in processes with minors is a clear example to follow in the application of mediation in the jurisdiction with adults.<\/p>\n
