Development of cultural promotion actions, social awareness, social and cultural participation, neighborhood revitalization, promotion of associations and strengthening of the social fabric. Promotion of networking.<\/p>\n

IT IS ESSENTIAL TO MEET THE THREE REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n

1 Minimum university training degree in some discipline related to the social sciences (social education, social work, anthropology, sociology, psychology).<\/p>\n

2. Accredited training in intercultural social mediation<\/p>\n

3. 2 years of experience in intercultural social mediation<\/p>\n

The basic criteria that the candidate must meet are:
\u00b7 Completed school education (Baccalaureate or equivalent)
\u00b7 Good presence\/professionalism
\u00b7 Good customer service, empathy and communication and negotiation skills
\u00b7 Excellent organizational skills
\u00b7 Wide availability of hours from Monday to Friday
\u00b7 Experience in using CRM or similar type applications
\u00b7 Good use of the Internet, email and office tools (mainly Excel)
\u00b7 License and ability to drive a motorcycle, although it is not essential to have it (the motorcycle can be provided by the company)<\/p>\n

It is highly valuable to have previous experience in the real estate sector and\/or as a salesperson or similar in other sectors.<\/p>\n
