Mainly with the students, this being the one who proposes having conflicts with their classmates to whom they do not always know how to solve them, despite wanting to do so. The most common are insults, misunderstandings or physical attacks. These incidents are small confrontations that occur in the classrooms, hallways or courtyards of educational centers, but they extend to the entire community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The value of educational mediation is based on the importance of prevention<\/strong>, since many skills and competencies are worked on that will help foster dialogue and improve relationships, reducing conflicts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WHAT JOB OPTIONS DO YOU HAVE?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Educational mediation can not only be developed and implemented in centers and institutes<\/strong>. There are many areas where it can be used to work with groups of adolescents, such as leisure and free time activities, training for professionals who carry out their work with this sector of the population, extracurricular activities, disadvantaged groups where risk situations occur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>As a tool, it is very suitable and effective for working with minors (from 12 to 18 years old), although work is also beginning from primary school.
