However, almost all interventions still occur&nbsp;<strong>when the conflict has already broken out<\/strong>. What if the true potential of mediation lay in taking action?&nbsp;<em>before<\/em>&nbsp;before the problem appears?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<strong>preventive mediation<\/strong>&nbsp;It&#039;s an emerging trend in Europe and Latin America, and everything points to it becoming one of the central pillars of the sector in the coming years.
