In different programs such as these:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Health and social information and advice programmes for the community.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HIV and other STI prevention programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Programs to combat exclusion and social integration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Programs for detecting and reporting victims of trafficking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Awareness programs for the eradication of trafficking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Programs to defend human rights and empower people who engage in prostitution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legal advice programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Socio-health mediation and socio-laboral integration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research and development programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Required profile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Higher Vocational Training Course in Social Integration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Previous experience of 2 years as a social integrator in prostitution, trafficking, and migration programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge about the field of prostitution, trafficking, migration, international protection, gender violence and the LGTBIQ+ community<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Driving license. Essential.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work in a team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communication, listening and conflict resolution skills, knowledge of mediation tools will be valued<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organizational capacity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Efficient handling of Word and Excel and computer applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Institutional functions to be developed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Visit to places of prostitution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mobile Unit Driving.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advice on health, social and legal rights for people who engage in prostitution and victims of trafficking for sexual exploitation. Provide training workshops on these matters in places where prostitution is practiced.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Direct care for people who engage in prostitution and victims of trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation: Initial reception, user identification, basic information and guidance, attention to basic needs, technical monitoring of users, referral to other services when appropriate (psychological care, legal care and social care)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Awareness and attention to human trafficking for sexual exploitation purposes directly with the people served.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Care, support and counselling in HIV programmes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support in administrative tasks related to the service: monitoring of files and documentation, processing and management of financial aid, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User registration in the different applications In Gender<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of preventive kits and educational documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaboration in other complementary tasks of care or intervention with users, when necessary and depending on the organization and necessary for the development of the service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Specific functions to be developed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 You will support the design, planning of intervention actions and training of participants, developing functions and management specific to San Sebasti\u00e1n de los Reyes to provide Family Mediation Service and Resolution of civic-social or neighborhood conflicts aimed at families and neighbors of the municipality, from the Department of Welfare and Social Protection referred by the Municipal Social Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose of the contract is to provide specialized service aimed at preventing <strong>intra-family conflicts,<\/strong> the resolution of conflicts between parties, to avoid the opening of contentious judicial proceedings, to put an end to those already initiated or to reduce their negative consequences, to facilitate the compliance of the parties in mediation with judicial resolutions that affect family relations and the resolution of neighbourhood conflicts, facilitating and promoting the resolution of coexistence problems in a peaceful and satisfactory manner for the parties in conflict.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Required profile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Diploma or Degree in
