Day by day, we accompany the growth of thousands of children and young people<\/strong> who strive every day to overcome the barriers that limit their dreams. Our goal is to maximize the capabilities of children and support the comprehensive development of young people, focusing on critical factors (such as education, housing or leisure time) that may violate their right to grow and prosper. We are selecting an INTERCULTURAL MEDIATOR - SOCIAL INTEGRATOR <\/strong>for participation in International Protection programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reporting directly to the person in charge of the reception centre, the person occupying this position will be responsible for welcoming and accompanying the recipients who join the YMCA reception facilities, attending to their needs and strengthening their capacities for their independent development in the host society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Features<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Provide information and guidance to participants<\/strong> in the reception facilities, explain the operation of the program, logistics, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Supervision and advice to beneficiaries <\/strong>on those activities related to daily life, necessary for personal or family care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Take the necessary steps for prevention and\/or treatment<\/strong> in the health field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Ensure proper reception and adaptation<\/strong> of the particular needs of the centre and provide the necessary equipment, guarantee hygienic and sanitary conditions, and ensure the correct use and maintenance of the devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Identification, design, implementation<\/strong> and evaluation of activities to promote coexistence in reception facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Tracking tasks<\/strong> and actions assigned in the intervention itineraries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Advise, collaborate and accompany the beneficiaries <\/strong>to the completion of procedures for access to services or management of resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Supervising the maintenance tasks of the center<\/strong> or from foster homes, by residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Develop and develop activities <\/strong>and individual, group and community dynamics, especially for adults, that promote contextualization and cultural orientation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Participation in evaluation activities<\/strong>, preparation of reports and management associated with the process of transitioning people from one phase of the project to another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Conflict prevention, management, resolution<\/strong> and intercultural mediation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Support for the multidisciplinary intervention team<\/strong> in all tasks that may arise as part of daily work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Coordination with the multidisciplinary team<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
