Community and\/or family mediators in San Sebasti\u00e1n de los Reyes, Madrid<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Centro Trama Association is a<\/strong> Non-Governmental Organization whose basic objective is the defending human rights and improving the quality of life<\/strong> of socially disadvantaged groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Asociaci\u00f3n Centro Trama, in the management of its Human Resources, We seek to have the right person, regardless of their origin, sex, religion and sexual orientation, in each of the job positions. <\/strong>We integrate equal treatment and opportunities between women and men as a principle of all Human Resources processes within the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At this moment We select two mediators to join the "Family and Civic Social or Neighborhood Mediation Program"<\/strong>\u00bb from the municipality of San Sebasti\u00e1n de los Reyes. A part-time psychologist\/mediator (19.25 hours\/week) and a full-time social worker\/mediator (38 hours\/week)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The object of the contract, the Provision of the Family Mediation Service and Resolution of civic-social or neighborhood conflicts<\/strong> Aimed at families and residents of the municipality, to be carried out by the Department of Welfare and Social Protection referred by the Municipal Social Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It consists of the provision of a Specialized service aimed at preventing intra-family conflicts<\/strong>, the resolution of conflicts between parties, to avoid the opening of contentious judicial proceedings, to put an end to those already initiated or to reduce their negative consequences, to facilitate the compliance of the parties in mediation with judicial resolutions that affect family relations and the resolution of neighbourhood conflicts, facilitating and promoting the resolution of coexistence problems in a peaceful and satisfactory manner for the parties in conflict.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
