Follow up. Adapt materials. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage city resources. Prepare and deliver training and\/or workshops in the intercultural field. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and disseminate cultural keys of the country of origin. Mediate and manage cultural conflicts. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mediate, accompany and manage procedures for service users in the different areas of mediation (health, social, housing, legal, labor, educational, family, community, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Training in gender and interculturality. class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fluency in Catalan and Spanish, oral and written.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training and\/or experience of at least one year in mediation and conflict resolution or translation is essential.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualifications in the social field are valuable: Degree in Social Work, Social Education or equivalent or higher, such as graduates in Psychology, Law, Anthropology or
