looking for 1 mediator for minor areas in Huesca.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Features<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Guarantee minors a life of security, socio-labor integration and learning in a normalized and stable context.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interpret in the communication processes between foreign minors and the center&#039;s professionals, mediating in conflict situations derived from language difficulties and\/or cultural or other differences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guide, from an intercultural perspective, the center&#039;s professionals in order to carry out an appropriate intervention with minors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support educators and auxiliary technicians in socio-educational intervention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience with minors and young people who are part of the protection services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carry out awareness-raising and community promotion interventions with various services (educational, health, leisure) and entities in the territory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the intervention of municipal services in the territory (social services, housing office...), in particular working jointly with the rest of the program team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support, in the field of dissemination and communication, that institutional messages are intelligible by communities of diverse origin as has been done with health measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mediation in conflict situations in neighborhood communities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fluency in Catalan and Spanish, oral and written.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training and\/or experience of at least one year in mediation and conflict resolution or translation is essential.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualifications in the social field are valuable: Degree in Social Work, Social Education or equivalent or higher, such as graduates in Psychology, Law, Anthropology or
