professionals of the Residences.<\/li><li>Guide and advise the professionals of the Residence to carry out an appropriate intervention with migrant minors from the multicultural competence of the figure of the mediator.<\/li><li>Intervene in the management and resolution of possible conflicts that could occur both inside and outside the Residence (educational centers, work centers, leisure areas, etc.).<\/li><li>Facilitate the communication of professionals with the minor&#039;s family of origin, in order to know the minor&#039;s location and situation, and collaborate in the
