{"id":32255,"date":"2022-01-10T10:06:48","date_gmt":"2022-01-10T09:06:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eimediacion.edu.es\/?p=32255"},"modified":"2022-01-10T11:22:19","modified_gmt":"2022-01-10T10:22:19","slug":"mediacion-vecinal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eimediacion.edu.es\/eng\/ser-mediador\/noticias-escuela-mediacion\/mediacion-vecinal\/","title":{"rendered":"The Alicante Neighborhood Mediation Service serves 3,819 direct users"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Through the<strong> Integral plan <\/strong>of the northern zone that is being carried out in a total of <strong>six neighborhoods of Alicante<\/strong>, there has taken place <strong>direct mediation to a total of 3,819 people<\/strong>, directed by Antonio Peral, Director of the Department of Projects. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"objetivo-del-programa-de-mediacion-vecinal\">Objective of the Neighborhood Mediation program <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This project is carried out in the neighborhoods of the northern part of the city with the objective of <strong>offer the service of Mediation, Counseling and Community Intervention, to improve the lives of residents<\/strong>. The data collected throughout 2021 reflects that action has been taken in a total of 142 neighborhood communities, providing a total of 260 legal advice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To the total number of users who have been served with Mediation directly, they must be added <strong>many who have benefited indirectly<\/strong> for the efforts that have been carried out. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"por-que-se-ha-llevado-a-cabo-la-mediacion\">Why has mediation been carried out?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are several conflicts that were latent in the apartment blocks of the different neighborhoods that make up the northern area of Alicante. <strong>Home occupancy problems, broken pipes and flooding of floors, bad odors, animals in irregular condition, or unsanitary conditions<\/strong> are some of the main reasons. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The<strong> language difficulties<\/strong> of the people residing in this area or the basic training common among these neighborhoods adds a point of difficulty to the mediation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe main objective of this municipal service is<strong> prevent the deterioration of neighborhood relations <\/strong>and resolve conflicts and in addition to <strong>reduce the risks caused by the deterioration of buildings<\/strong>\u00bb explains councilor Antonio Peral. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>By means of the<a href=\"https:\/\/eimediacion.edu.es\/eng\/programas\/mediacion-comunitaria\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/eimediacion.edu.es\/programas\/mediacion-comunitaria\/\"> Community Mediation Specialty<\/a><\/strong> You will specialize in this area and you will advise, mediate and accompany neighbors to resolve different conflicts and improve community coexistence, an aspect that is becoming more important. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fountain: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elperiodic.com\/alicante\/servicio-mediacion-vecinal-ayuntamiento-seis-barrios-zona-norte-atiende-3819-usuarios-directos_794846\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.elperiodic.com\/alicante\/servicio-mediacion-vecinal-ayuntamiento-seis-barrios-zona-norte-atiende-3819-usuarios-directos_794846\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">elperiodic.com<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Alicante Neighborhood Mediation Service serves a total of 6 different neighborhoods in the North Zone to resolve conflicts.
