In Alicante there has been an increase of 1.300%<\/strong> in referring matters to mediation regarding 2020; in Valencia more than one 400%<\/strong>; in Castell\u00f3n, a 20%<\/strong>. In Elche it has gone from none to 35 <\/strong>mediation cases. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He Mediation model<\/strong> What the Comunitat is proposing is defined as "quality, comprehensive, accessible and close to citizens" and work is being done to "bring mediation services closer to citizens so that there is no discrimination based on place of residence" in the Valencian Community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teresa Benedito has highlighted the importance of promoting intrajudicial mediation<\/strong> that guarantee equal opportunities<\/strong> in access to justice and that "the culture of mediation" is established.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
