The Third Mediation Congress of Catalan Lawyers recently took place, an event in which more than a hundred jurists and mediation professionals were invited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Event objective<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The main objective of this congress is to promote mediation as a means of conflict resolution<\/strong> complementary to judicial means. A faster and less emotionally involved agreement <\/strong>for the parties involved, which, as Lourdes Ciur\u00f3, Minister of Justice of the Generalitat, has defended, is \u201cefficient, effective and even sustainable\u201d<\/a> and reduces the cost and duration of processes by around 80%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our contribution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In our school we have a wide training offer made up of 17 specialties, courses, specialists and a master's degree, ideal for training you in the field of mediation and enabling the resolution of these conflicts in an alternative, agile and efficient way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of them taught by great professionals<\/strong> of mediation who will provide follow-up and professional guidance during and after the training both for the resolution of doubts and for access to the labor market.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our training gives access to the main records of mediators,<\/strong> both at the state and regional level and is recognized at the national level since the content is fully adapted to Royal Decree 980\/2013, of December 13, which develops the Mediation Law, which is national in scope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
