In recent months, news about the implementation and growth of Mediation has been present in the media and networks. As a most recent note to this stage of growth, the Chamber of Commerce joins in with a firm commitment to this method.<\/h4>\n\u00a0\n

The CEM is an institution that was born from the Spanish Chamber of Commerce with the aim of becoming a benchmark for business mediation in Spain.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n\n\n<\/p>\n

The Spanish Chamber of Commerce presented on July 16 the\u00a0Spanish Mediation Center (CEM)<\/strong> which was born with the objective of being a benchmark in business mediation in our country, in a context in which the business community will need a quick and effective way to resolve conflicts more than ever. The Minister of Justice, Juan Carlos Campo, participated in the event; the president of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce, Jos\u00e9 Luis Bonet; the president of the Spanish Mediation Center; the secretary general of the Chamber of Spain, Adolfo D\u00edaz-Ambrona, Rafael Catal\u00e1, and the president of Grupo Planeta and Grupo Atresmedia, Jos\u00e9 Creuheras.<\/p>\n

CEM is presented as an effective alternative to the courts of law and arises in a context in which companies will need a quick and effective way to resolve conflicts more than ever.<\/p>\n
