Interested persons must request the process via email to the Center de Mediaci\u00f3 de Dret Privat de Catalunya. The mediator will be assigned by proximity to the place of conflict. The meetings will be telematic and issues concerning \u201cchildren, people with disabilities or other disadvantaged groups\u201d will be a priority, they noted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Generalitat aims to improve the management and resolution of these interpersonal conflicts without having to go to court. \u201cThe ordinary way of resolving conflicts, through judicial bodies, has been seriously limited by the State of Alarm. It is necessary to look for other formulas,\u201d they stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
