Of the total, <strong>satisfactorily facilitated agreements in 64 of them, which was a higher percentage than 60%.<\/strong> As reported by the town&#039;s Town Hall, the majority of open files (58%) were related to the regulatory agreement, with care and custody of the minor, with visitation and vacation regimes or with financial responsibilities related to the minor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The town councilor, \u00c1lvaro Lav\u00edn, highlighted the advantages of this mediation service since \u201c<strong>makes it easier to find peaceful agreements and avoid going to court,<\/strong> reducing economic costs. It also reduces the emotional stress that a judicial process can entail,\u201d he specified.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This resource was created in 2015 and has a psychologist and a lawyer.
