With the aim of bringing solutions to citizens in the different conflicts that may arise, the President of the Superior Court of Justice, signs, together with the Minister of the Government, the agreement for the launch of the Provincial Network of Community Mediation in Argentina . <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Objective of the Provincial Mediation Network<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In search of the construction of social peace, it has been one of the drivers for carrying out joint actions for the resolution of conflicts with tools that are not only available in the Judicial Branch, but in the different municipalities, which are the ones who have the first contact with the community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The president of the High Body, Rosanna P\u00eda Venchiarutti Sartori, comments \u201ceach Municipality knows its reality and they will be the ones to guide us to know who is the right person to be a mediator, we will give them the tools so that, with the appropriate information and training, "they can work to prevent problems."<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All interested municipalities may be part of the Provincial Network of Community Mediators and the designated person will be a conflict manager within the scope of their competence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Project presentation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This initiative is carried out through the Higher Technical Training Program in conflicts through the General Directorate of Municipal Affairs of the Government. Tools will be provided to mediators so that they can detect conflicts and address them effectively. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The presentation of the project and signing of the agreement took place in the Agreement Room where Jose Luis Montoto Guerreiro, director of the Judicial Mediation Center, commented on the objectives of the network. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
