{"id":2938,"date":"2014-12-18T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2014-12-17T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nueva.eimediacion.edu.es\/blog\/desayuno-coloquio-la-mediacion-como-instrumento-en-la-resolucion-de-conflictos\/"},"modified":"2021-04-07T12:00:10","modified_gmt":"2021-04-07T10:00:10","slug":"desayuno-coloquio-la-mediacion-como-instrumento-en-la-resolucion-de-conflictos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eimediacion.edu.es\/eng\/ser-mediador\/noticias-de-mediacion\/desayuno-coloquio-la-mediacion-como-instrumento-en-la-resolucion-de-conflictos\/","title":{"rendered":"Breakfast \u2013 Colloquium &quot;Mediation as an instrument in conflict resolution&quot;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Today, <strong>Dec. 18<\/strong>, we attended the breakfast in which they participated\u00a0<strong>Mr. Emilio de Llera<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Minister of Justice and Interior of the Government of Andalusia<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Mr. Javier Gonz\u00e1lez de Lara<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>President of the Confederation of Businessmen of Andalusia<\/strong>, talking about <strong>Mediation as an instrument in conflict resolution.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The event was attended by<strong>\u00a0Mr. Antonio Pulido, President of the Institute and the Cajasol Foundation<\/strong>, and has been moderated by\u00a0<strong>Ms. Pilar Calatayud, Managing Director of the Mediara Andalusian Public Foundation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All the speakers have highlighted the importance of disseminating a culture where mediation is promoted as a judicial alternative for conflict resolution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mr. Javier Gonz\u00e1lez de Lara<\/strong>, clearly states that SERCLA is a great example of mediation in labor relations and<strong> Mr. Emilio de Llera<\/strong>, intervenes by emphasizing that if we replace litigation with mediation we achieve solutions that satisfy the parties more.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Both remind us that the<strong> execution time<\/strong> of the mediation process is much more <strong>fast<\/strong> than the traditional way. A mediation process lasts on average about 60 days, while the usual alternative can last approximately 550 days. The speed in resolving conflicts can be decisive in some cases.
