{"id":25658,"date":"2021-05-24T11:42:51","date_gmt":"2021-05-24T09:42:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eimediacion.edu.es\/?p=25658"},"modified":"2021-05-27T12:57:24","modified_gmt":"2021-05-27T10:57:24","slug":"mediacion-policial-para-resolver-conflictos-vecinales-en-murcia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eimediacion.edu.es\/eng\/ser-mediador\/noticias-de-mediacion\/mediacion-comunitaria-vecinal\/mediacion-policial-para-resolver-conflictos-vecinales-en-murcia\/","title":{"rendered":"Police mediation to resolve neighborhood conflicts in Murcia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To avoid going to court and to resolve the conflicts that exist between the residents of Murcia, this initiative has been launched. <strong>new \u201cpolice mediation\u201d service<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Starting today, May 24, a total of <strong>21 police officers <\/strong>They will work to solve community problems that can be solved through dialogue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objective of this service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This service<strong> police mediation<\/strong> Its main objective is to help, <strong>for free<\/strong> and through a team of professional police mediators to those neighbors who need to resolve their differences peacefully and without the need to go to court, which is currently <strong>collapsed. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 21 police officers who will be in charge of this service, among which we find 1 inspector, 3 sub-inspectors and 17 agents, have received the<strong> necessary training in the subject<\/strong> and specific for this type of case through a 40-hour course taught by specialists with extensive experience in conflict resolution through mediation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><meta charset=\"utf-8\">The mediator will be in charge of directing the mediation freely through the principles of <strong>impartiality, confidentiality, independence and good faith<\/strong>. MURCIA<\/em><br>Fountain: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.laopiniondemurcia.es\/murcia\/2021\/05\/21\/mediacion-policial-murcia-resolver-conflictos-52070574.html\" class=\"rank-math-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">LaOpinionDeMurcia<\/a><br><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedure to request it<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This mediation service may be requested when at least one of the parties is domiciled in the municipality of Murcia and the conflict has arisen in this province. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The neighbors can <strong>request this service<\/strong> in different ways: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>By writing an email to policia.mediacion@ayto-murcia.es.<\/li><li>Call 968.358750.<\/li><li>Submit the application at any of the citizen service offices of the Local Police Stations of Murcia or districts in the Citizen Service and Relations Service located at the Murcia Local Police Headquarters.<\/li><li>Through any Local Police agent.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These neighborhood complaints received by the<strong> Police Units<\/strong> to reach a conciliation between those affected. The beginning of the Mediation will be done as quickly as possible. First contact will be made<strong> 15 days after request<\/strong> and the process will not take more than 30 days. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As you have seen, mediation is a service that is gaining importance day by day to resolve conflicts.
