Mainjobs Internacional Educativa y Tecnol\u00f3gica SAU, hereinafter EIM (International School of Mediation), has this website for the sale and exhibition of products (hereinafter the \u201cWebsite\u201d), it is an electronic commerce accessible through the Internet at the address https :\/\/eimediacion.edu.es. Any user (hereinafter the \u201cUser\u201d) can access this website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Website allows the User to navigate freely, without committing them to a possible order. The Website allows EIM to offer training programs or courses (Services) for sale to Users who browse it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the application of these conditions, it is agreed that the User and EIM will be jointly called the \u201cParties\u201d and individually the \u201cParty\u201d and that the User who has validated an order will then be called the \u201cBuyer\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rights and obligations of the User necessarily apply to the Buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every order offered for sale on the Website implies consultation and express acceptance of these general conditions of sale, without this acceptance being conditioned by the handwritten signature of the User.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The language authorized for contracting EIM services is Spanish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To carry out the service contracting procedure, the User must start the guided process from the 'Registration' section and select the training action they wish to contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the contracting process, the User will have the opportunity to review their data to identify and correct errors in data entry before confirming them. At the end of the contracting process, the User may view and print an extract of the contracted service. You will also receive a copy of it automatically via email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EIM. In order to improve the services offered on its website, it reserves the right to modify these General and Specific Conditions of Sale at any time, without prior notice. By modifying the General Conditions set out on the EIM website, the duty of notifying users with sufficient advance notice will be understood to have been fulfilled; however, it is understood that such modifications will not apply to reservations or orders previously accepted and confirmed by the Buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
