Tot i aix\u00f2, gaireb\u00e9 totes les intervencions continuen produint-se&nbsp;<strong>quan el conflicte ja ha esclatat<\/strong>. I si el veritable potencial de la mediaci\u00f3 estigu\u00e9s a actuar&nbsp;<em>abans<\/em>&nbsp;que aparegui el problema?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong>mediaci\u00f3 preventiva<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e9s una tend\u00e8ncia emergent a Europa i Llatinoam\u00e8rica, i tot apunta que ser\u00e0 un dels eixos centrals del sector els propers anys. No es tracta d&#039;evitar els conflictes, perqu\u00e8 s\u00f3n inevitables i, de fet, necessaris, sin\u00f3 de&nbsp;<strong>crear estructures, h\u00e0bits i espais que impedeixin que el conflicte derivi en mal<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s exactament la mediaci\u00f3 preventiva?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s un enfocament que combina:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cultura de la pau<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Comunicaci\u00f3 no violenta<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Disseny de sistemes de conviv\u00e8ncia<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Protocols de gesti\u00f3 primerenca de tensions<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El seu objectiu \u00e9s&nbsp;<strong>detectar senyals febles<\/strong>, aquests petits frecs, malentesos o silencis inc\u00f2modes que, si no s&#039;atenen, es converteixen en conflictes enquistats.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s tan necess\u00e0ria ara?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tres tend\u00e8ncies expliquen el seu apogeu:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.&nbsp;<strong>Augment de la complexitat social<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Equips multiculturals, teletreball, fam\u00edlies reconstitu\u00efdes, aules diverses\u2026&nbsp;<br>La conviv\u00e8ncia \u00e9s m\u00e9s rica per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 m\u00e9s fr\u00e0gil.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.&nbsp;<strong>Saturaci\u00f3 dels sistemes formals<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jutjats, serveis socials i departaments de RR.
