Els or\u00edgens d&#039;aquesta escola es remunten a la investigaci\u00f3 doctoral de la primera, on va assenyalar com els enfocaments tradicionals en mediaci\u00f3 responen a classificacions dualistes i dicot\u00f2miques (Picard, 2000). Aquest enfocament concep <strong>la intervenci\u00f3 mediadora com a proc\u00e9s interactiu d&#039;aprenentatge per a totes les persones participants<\/strong> (inclosa la conductora del mateix). Es fonamenta en dues teories filos\u00f2fiques i pedag\u00f2giques que privilegien la reflexi\u00f3 personal com a via per assolir el coneixement: la teoria de l&#039;insight de Lonergan i la teoria de l&#039;aprenentatge transformacional de Mezirow. Sobre aquestes bases te\u00f2riques, els seus fundadors han elaborat un proc\u00e9s que recorre a t\u00e8cniques comunicatives espec\u00edfiques per superar el conflicte, que \u00e9s concebut com a experi\u00e8ncia d&#039;una amena\u00e7a cap a les conviccions m\u00e9s \u00edntimes de la persona. Finalment, la consolidaci\u00f3 d&#039;aquest enfocament durant m\u00e9s d&#039;una d\u00e8cada possibilita que hagi de ser considerada candidata a convertir-se en la quarta gran escola de mediaci\u00f3 internacional (Garrido, 2017).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Principis i caracter\u00edstiques<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"476\" height=\"561\" src=\"https:\/\/eimediacion.edu.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-43153\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eimediacion.edu.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/1.png 476w, https:\/\/eimediacion.edu.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/1-148x174.png 148w, https:\/\/eimediacion.edu.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/1-10x12.png 10w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 476px) 100vw, 476px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Un insight <\/strong>pot ser definit com un \u00abacte de comprensi\u00f3 que sobrev\u00e9 inesperadament\u00bb(Lonergan, 2004, p. 11).<strong> Conjunt d&#039;operacions mentals que permeten a la persona prendre consci\u00e8ncia de si mateixa <\/strong>en un doble sentit: quant acte de voluntat i quant al coneixement que adquireix. Segons aquesta proposta, un insight arriba de manera inesperada i imprevista, per\u00f2 no de manera fortu\u00efta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El proc\u00e9s d&#039;aprenentatge consta d&#039;un itinerari de <strong><u>deu etapes o fases<\/u><\/strong>, el <strong>punt de partida<\/strong> \u00e9s el descontentament i la frustraci\u00f3 originats pel <strong>reconeixement d&#039;una limitaci\u00f3<\/strong> que dificulta el desenvolupament personal propi. I <strong>conclou<\/strong> en el moment en qu\u00e8 la persona pren <strong>consci\u00e8ncia del canvi experimentat<\/strong> en el maneig de la seva pr\u00f2pia experi\u00e8ncia i aix\u00ed \u00e9s capa\u00e7 de manifestar-ho mitjan\u00e7ant un discurs cr\u00edtic i racional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"501\" src=\"https:\/\/eimediacion.edu.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/2-1024x501.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-43154\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eimediacion.edu.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/2-1024x501.png 1024w, https:\/\/eimediacion.edu.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/2-356x174.png 356w, https:\/\/eimediacion.edu.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/2-768x375.png 768w, https:\/\/eimediacion.edu.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/2-18x9.png 18w, https:\/\/eimediacion.edu.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/2.png 1475w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Conv\u00e9 donar a con\u00e8ixer que la persona <strong>mediadora no pot fer res sobre les parts, sin\u00f3 que s\u00f3n animades durant el proc\u00e9s de mediaci\u00f3 a reflexionar sobre els seus propis sentiments<\/strong>, preocupacions i valors perqu\u00e8 es reveli el veritable motiu pel qual es produeix el conflicte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00ed doncs, el punt de partida d&#039;aquest proc\u00e9s d&#039;aprenentatge-mediacional \u00e9s que el <strong>conflicte \u00e9s una cosa real (i inevitable), <\/strong>que sorgeix com a resultat de la decisi\u00f3 de defensar-se davant de la valoraci\u00f3 d&#039;una amena\u00e7a. Aquesta amena\u00e7a es manifesta en un patr\u00f3 defensiu de resposta (Melchin i Picard, 2008; Picard, 2016).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&#039;aquesta manera, les <strong>pautes defensives d&#039;interacci\u00f3 s\u00f3n interpretades per l&#039;altra part com un atac, i viceversa<\/strong>, el que desemboca a una escalada del conflicte. Una comparaci\u00f3 entre les diferents escoles pot resultar suficient per descobrir els segells distintius de cadascuna (Waxman, 2009), per\u00f2 resulta m\u00e9s adequat centrar-se en la seva qualitat m\u00e9s caracter\u00edstica, que no \u00e9s sin\u00f3 <strong>la curiositat.<\/strong> Podem concloure que la curiositat en mediaci\u00f3 consisteix en un esfor\u00e7 personal \u00abper descobrir all\u00f2 que t\u00e9 sentit i valor per a l&#039;altre, per donar-li la paraula i que <strong>expresseu el fons dels seus rols<\/strong>, els seus estatus, les seves creences, interpretades sempre de manera \u00fanica per l&#039;individu\u00bb (Tabares, 1996, p. 146).
