Diferents t\u00e8cniques.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De vegades, quan ens sentim sobrepassats per les nostres emocions, aquestes ens dominen i ens fan actuar d&#039;una manera diferent de com ho far\u00edem en el cas d&#039;estar serens, perdent de vegades el control de les mateixes. Qui no coneix alg\u00fa que se sap controlar i es comporta de manera correcta, fins i tot quan l&#039;emoci\u00f3 est\u00e0 al punt m\u00e9s elevat? Vet aqu\u00ed, aquesta persona t\u00e9 un magn\u00edfic autocontrol emocional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-7e3b889a gb-headline-text\"><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s l&#039;autocontrol?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Senzillament podr\u00edem descriure l&#039;autocontrol com la capacitat que tenim per no perdre el control en situacions de malestar, malent\u00e8s o tensi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-dd3e2b07 gb-headline-text\"><strong>I l&#039;autocontrol emocional?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El<strong>&nbsp;autocontrol emocional<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e9s la&nbsp;<strong>capacitat de gestionar les emocions<\/strong>&nbsp;que sentim perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;apoderin de nosaltres i, per tant, del nostre comportament. <strong>Consisteix a gestionar els nostres sentiments i comportaments per controlar tant les emocions positives com les negatives i aix\u00ed poder expressar-les de manera adequada<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Generalment se sol pensar que les emocions s\u00f3n impulsos innats i per tant incontrolables. Tot i aix\u00f2, una de les \u00e0rees de la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional \u00e9s precisament l&#039;autocontrol emocional, \u00e9s a dir que es pot treballar i per tant controlar la&nbsp;<strong>expressi\u00f3 adequada de les emocions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com sabeu, l&#039;adolesc\u00e8ncia \u00e9s una etapa constant de canvis. Les inseguretats, les noves experi\u00e8ncies, la gesti\u00f3 d&#039;emocions i l&#039;autocontrol suposen un repte constant per a l&#039;adolescent i la fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00ed, l&#039;autocontrol dels adolescents \u00e9s un comportament que es pot aprendre. S&#039;ha demostrat que l&#039;autocontrol \u00e9s un indicador de l&#039;\u00e8xit acad\u00e8mic m\u00e9s gran que el coeficient intel\u00b7lectual d&#039;un estudiant. No podem controlar una cosa que no coneixem, per tant, el primer pas per tenir autocontrol emocional \u00e9s con\u00e8ixer les emocions i com es manifesten en nosaltres. Les&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.psicologia-online.com\/las-6-emociones-basicas-segun-la-psicologia-4205.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">emocions b\u00e0siques<\/a>&nbsp;es diuen aix\u00ed precisament perqu\u00e8 s\u00f3n universals. En general s\u00f3n f\u00e0cils de recon\u00e8ixer i comuns a les diferents cultures. Per\u00f2 \u00e9s possible que cada persona les experimenti de manera \u00fanica percebent uns senyals o unes sensacions particulars a cada individu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&nbsp;Sigues conscient i defineix el que vols controlar<\/strong>. \u00c9s primordial que siguis conscient del que vols controlar i que s\u00e0pigues qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el que vols canviar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sigues emocionalment intel\u00b7ligent. L&#039;autocontrol o autoregulaci\u00f3 de les emocions \u00e9s una de les aptituds que dominen les persones emocionalment intel\u00b7ligents. T\u00e8cniques de relaxaci\u00f3<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les emocions activen el nostre organisme. Per aix\u00f2, la relaxaci\u00f3 \u00e9s una t\u00e8cnica molt utilitzada en l&#039;autocontrol emocional. La&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.psicologia-online.com\/la-relajacion-muscular-progresiva-de-jacobson-2329.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">relaxaci\u00f3 muscular progressiva<\/a>&nbsp;pot resultar molt efectiva si hi ha un entrenament previ que permeti fer-la en pocs segons.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-87974220 gb-headline-text\"><strong><u>2. Autoinstruccions<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les autoinstruccions s\u00f3n&nbsp;<strong>afirmacions positives<\/strong>&nbsp;que utilitzem per guiar-nos quan ens enfrontem a una situaci\u00f3 dif\u00edcil. La t\u00e8cnica requereix fer una llista pr\u00f2pia d&#039;afirmacions abans d&#039;enfrontar-te a la situaci\u00f3 problem\u00e0tica. S&#039;han de redactar sempre en positiu, ser realitzables i no gaire llargues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-28086d81 gb-headline-text\"><strong><u>3. Empatia<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquesta ocasi\u00f3 farem servir l&#039;empatia per veure la situaci\u00f3 des de la perspectiva de la persona a qui associem l&#039;emoci\u00f3. La t\u00e8cnica consisteix, com el seu nom indica a<strong>&nbsp;posar-se al lloc de l&#039;altra persona<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-14fb9e86 gb-headline-text\"><strong><u>4. Parada del pensament<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta t\u00e8cnica consisteix a aturar els pensaments que causen l&#039;emoci\u00f3 just quan notem que comen\u00e7a a apar\u00e8ixer.
