l&#039;\u00e8poca actual cada vegada \u00e9s m\u00e9s habitual trobar perfils professionals similars, per aquest motiu fa temps que s&#039;ha implantat a les empreses i organitzacions, el model de <strong>selecci\u00f3 per compet\u00e8ncies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"E93\">Aquest sistema de selecci\u00f3 de personal per compet\u00e8ncies t\u00e9 com a objectiu la incorporaci\u00f3 de <strong>nous talents<\/strong> a les organitzacions a trav\u00e9s d&#039;una <strong>garbell curricular<\/strong> que no es base \u00fanicament en el perfil formatiu, sin\u00f3 que t\u00e9 en compte les habilitats, capacitats i compet\u00e8ncies que destaca a cada candidatura i que pot aportar un <strong>plus a l&#039;organitzaci\u00f3<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"E93\">\u00c9s a dir, que, entre diverses candidatures amb formaci\u00f3 similar, les persones que fan la selecci\u00f3 tendeixen a triar amb un altre tipus de criteris que no es limiten als estudis sol\u00b7licitats, idiomes o inform\u00e0tica, sin\u00f3 m\u00e9s aviat a la <strong><em>capacitat resolutiva de cada aspirant, a la capacitat per crear un ambient de treball civilitzat, comunicatiu i en qu\u00e8 es minimitzen els conflictes.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"E113\">De la mateixa manera, quan es busquen candidatures per exercir el <strong>lideratge<\/strong>, tamb\u00e9 es t\u00e9 en compte aquest tipus de compet\u00e8ncies. \u00c9s en aquests casos en qu\u00e8 la<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/eimediacion.edu.es\/cat\/programas\/master-en-mediacion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> formaci\u00f3 en mediaci\u00f3 i gesti\u00f3 efica\u00e7 de conflictes <\/a><\/strong>aporta un valor afegit al curr\u00edculum professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex actitud conciliadora<\/li><li>Possibiliten el di\u00e0leg<\/li><li>Comuniquen de forma efica\u00e7, assertiva i respectuosa, promovent solucions dialogades<\/li><li>S\u00f3n capa\u00e7os de ser objectives i neutrals<\/li><li>Tenen eines per redirigir converses dif\u00edcils<\/li><li>Tenen la capacitat de propiciar l\u00b4acostament entre les persones que componen els equips de treball<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-e2c1e8fd-91a0-4425-be00-c18ac1e24401\"><li>Practiquen l&#039;escolta activa, de manera que cada persona implicada se sent atesa i entesa<\/li><li>Podeu ajudar en la generaci\u00f3 d&#039;opcions<\/li><li>S\u00f3n capa\u00e7os de posar-se al lloc de l&#039;altra persona i de propiciar aquest intercanvi de papers entre les persones en conflicte<\/li><li>Compten amb recursos per a
