{"id":30994,"date":"2021-09-20T12:19:40","date_gmt":"2021-09-20T10:19:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eimediacion.edu.es\/?p=30994"},"modified":"2021-09-20T12:19:44","modified_gmt":"2021-09-20T10:19:44","slug":"aumenta-la-mediacion-laboral-en-huelva-durante-el-primer-semestre-de-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eimediacion.edu.es\/cat\/ser-mediador\/noticias-escuela-mediacion\/aumenta-la-mediacion-laboral-en-huelva-durante-el-primer-semestre-de-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Augmenta la mediaci\u00f3 laboral a Huelva durant el primer semestre del 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-2763ec46 gb-headline-text\">Durant el primer semestre del 2021 la mediaci\u00f3 laboral ha augmentat a Huelva amb 130 sol\u00b7licituds.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"947\" height=\"577\" src=\"https:\/\/eimediacion.edu.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/mediacion-laboral-huelva.jpg\" alt=\"Mediacion Laboral Huelva\" class=\"wp-image-30996\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eimediacion.edu.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/mediacion-laboral-huelva.jpg 947w, https:\/\/eimediacion.edu.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/mediacion-laboral-huelva-286x174.jpg 286w, https:\/\/eimediacion.edu.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/mediacion-laboral-huelva-768x468.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 947px) 100vw, 947px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El delegat territorial d&#039;Ocupaci\u00f3, Formaci\u00f3 i Treball Aut\u00f2nom de la Junta a Huelva, Antonio August\u00edn, ha valorat les principals dades d&#039;activitat corresponents al primer semestre del 2021 del Sistema Extrajudicial de Resoluci\u00f3 de Conflictes Laborals d&#039;Andalusia, <a href=\"https:\/\/eimediacion.edu.es\/cat\/ser-mediador\/noticias-escuela-mediacion\/la-mediacion-del-sercla-evita-perder-297-968-horas-de-trabajo-por-huelgas\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/eimediacion.edu.es\/ser-mediador\/noticias-escuela-mediacion\/la-mediacion-del-sercla-evita-perder-297-968-horas-de-trabajo-por-huelgas\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sercla.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En declaracions a Europa Press, ha explicat que el Sercla \u00abva registrar a Huelva un total de 130 sol\u00b7licituds de mediaci\u00f3, 74 sobre conflictes individuals, afectant 74 empreses i 81 treballadors i un total de 56 sol\u00b7licituds sobre conflictes col\u00b7lectius que afectaven 56 empreses de Huelva ia 8.626 treballadors\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cal destacar l&#039;augment de conflictes respecte a anys anteriors. A Andalusia es van presentar 864 conflictes individuals presentats i 472 col\u00b7lectius, aix\u00f2 suposa a Huelva un 8,56% i un 6,22% respectivament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De totes les mediacions efectuades sobre conflictes individuals a la seu de Huelva, el 24,53% ha acabat en aven\u00e8ncia, aquestes afectaven treballadors procedents d&#039;activitats administratives i serveis auxiliars, el comer\u00e7 i reparaci\u00f3 de vehicles, agricultura i ramaderia, hostaleria i activitats sanit\u00e0ries i de serveis socials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pel que fa als conflictes col\u00b7lectius, el 23,4% de les mediacions realitzades a la prov\u00edncia de Huelva van acabar amb aven\u00e8ncia.
